 healthy juice; 
juice yogurt tajin


Ingredients Juice Yogurt Tajin:

     
* 1 pc red guava, cut into small
     * 250 ml water
     * 1 tablespoon brown rice
     * 125 g yogurt
     * 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
     * 1 tablespoon granulated sugar


How to Make Yogurt Juice Tajin:

1. Boil water to boil, put brown rice and cook until bloom. Lift-and strain while holding press.

2. Mix the water with guava soup, yogurt, nutmeg, and sugar in ablender. Puree and strain.

3. Serve immediately as energy drinks.
